Posting an article?

How does one go about posting an article to the Forum? Would it need to be sent to the administrator so a link of a pdf form can be created? Thanks for the information in advance.

Good question. I'm glad you asked.
Yes, if you send me a pdf (or WORD doc and I'll create one for you) I will upload it to my server and add the article to the "Article Section"
Or, if you have access to your own server, you can add the link to the PDF yourself.
And, there are probably other ways I had not considered, but will look into it.
