Hi. I believe that this item may be the base to a 2 piece older fairy lamp. Seller is ibselln1 and the item number is 2207296955887. Any thoughts about it? John

Sure enough is. There are examples, albeit different colors, in the Antony (Plate 5) and Ruf (R-171) books.
