The top and the base look like they could go together, and with the pattern in the base to hold the shade up to let in air looks like it very well could be a fairy lamp base, but the color and style of the base reminds me of Wedgewood Jasperware, while the top doesn’t. Does anyone know anything about either of these pieces, or as a set?

Well...I have a something "similar" labled "Hermitage Pottery". How I came by that attribution is a mystery to me.
