Assortment of Parts

When I see auction like this:

I often wonder about the seller. Do they understand what they have? Did they put the parts together themselves? Or, were they taken in by someone else? And, in the case of this seller ---- How did they arrive at the "value" of the item?

It would look better if they took the first peice of brass work holding the posy vases away. I might then be tempted to offer $350.
Perhaps the seller has got the decimal point in the wrong place or they saw the 3 pieces up the other week !! and they did not sell either.
