Good find! If someine has the base, this is a good find even with the chip.
I bid on the cranberry nailsea fairy lamp, but was outbid. I called William Bunch auctions and was told that the premium for bidding on the internet is 22%. I could leave an absentee bid that they would place for me and the premium would be 17%, so I left an absentee bid. I suppose the premium is higher if you bid on ebay because the auction house has to pay ebay fees. I will always wonder how much more I would have had to bid in order to be the winning bidder. The winning bid was $550. On top of that, the bidder had to pay a 17% premium and sales tax unless the buyer had a dealer tax number. So I am still looking for a cranberry nailsea fairy lamp. Thanks so much for the tip. I tried.
