Fairy Lamps for a Gift ...I have a few Questions

I am new to this forum and I am looking at 2 fairy Lamps on ebay for a gift.

Are these made by the same company?
One person is claiming its from early 1900s while other says 1970s. Any info on these Would be greatly appreciated.
I know they are not top of the line but perfect for my friend.

Both lamps were produced by Indiana Glass, Model series 31xx with the last two digits designating the color. They are both c.1970s or later.
