"Off Color" Burmese

Aside from the reversed color, do you think it is actually a pyramid shade?

I'd noticed this on ebay, and thought the reverse-burmese was unusual. I'd seen reverse-amberina before. The shape seems a bit off for a shade, but if the small opening is fire polished, it couldn't have been cut off a wine glass or vase or something.
