Royal Worcester Grecian Water Carrier

I can’t quit figure this item out. I don’t think it was a fairy lamp as I have only seen one piece of Royal Worcester without the Cricklite mark as a fairy lamp. I will admit that the top did hold something, but I wonder what it was. Do you have any ideas? Let’s toss some theories out there. It is item number: 360454307537 and the link is:
