Another pattern from Webb?

There are a couple things going on with this vase. First is the shape itself. You don't see it very often, in fact, this is the only example I have in my files. The decoration has characteristic of a Mount Washington design. While not identical, the following illustrates the technique on a Mt. Washington Birmese cup.


There are a another example of this technique in Mt. Washington Art Glass by Sisk, pg. 56. So my question is....Is the vase in the eBay auction Webb or Mt. Washington?
