where to find Cricklite chimneys?
Hi, I am new here and am trying to match a clear Clarke Cricklite shade. I do have two matching Cranberry Cricklite shades and wonder what they might be worth. They are about 4.5 inches tall and 3 to 3.25 inches.
Many Thanks, Fred

Fred,
Welcome to the Fairy Lamp Forum.
While someone on this forum may have one for sale, the best opportunity may be on eBay. They don't come up for auction very often, but the do come up occassionally.
Your cranberry shades may be Fostoria. I am not aware of any original Clarke Chricklite shades in cranberry. The Fostoria shades are identified by the "dimple" near the top. See below:

Cricklite shades
Fred, if you contact the Fairfield Antique Mall in Fairlfield, Maine you may get lucky. Ask for Wayne or Brenda or any of the clerks there. The last time that I was up they still had a cranberry shade with pegged base there. I sold it to them and it was in the original box and was called Victrylite. Also there is a red shade at the Sabattus Antique Mll in Sabattus, Maine . Ask for Mona or Dale. I sold this to them also. I think that this a Victrylite shade also. The red shades are stained/flashed color. I forgot to mention that at the Fairfield Mall there were 3 clear shades. These were mine originally, also. These are no doubt Forstoria as I didn't really know how to tell them from Clarke ones. By contacting them you may be able to buy the shades by themselves rather than have to purchase whatever lamps they may have put them on. Alwasy worth a try. I always look for these when I am out and about. Both of these shops have websites. Good luck. John

Cricklite Shade
There is a Cricklite shade on ebay right now. The auction number is 251316465657, but you need to take all the other stuff also. It is missing the brass band around the bottom, but sometimes something is better than nothing.
